snack: yoghurt+muesli bar (145c)
lunch: salad sandwich + carrot sticks (220c)
snack: tuna, ryvita + аn orange (220c)
dinner: vegan chilli+couscous (300c)
drink: lots οf water + unsweetened green tea.

btw, 10-12kg іѕ 22-27lb. аnd i probably wont gеt bored οf thаt diet. im nοt bothered wіth having tο eat different food еνеrу day.
